Molanoce water mill is in the heart of “Italy’s Green Heart”, and the visitors will see at first glance that this expression is well suited to Umbria.

With the aid of a local map visitors can make their way on foot, bicycle on car to Todi (10 Km); Spoleto (25 Km); Assisi ( Km 35); Perugia ( Km 44); Terni  (Km 24); Montefalco ( Km 24); Torgiano (Km 35); Deruta ( Km 30); Orvieto ( Km 40)

Detail of the facilities available can be obtained  in English as follows :

      1) An archaeological itinerary by foot along the historic Via Flaminia finishing at the Roman city of Carsulae taking a half day.

     2) An itinerary of the winemaking areas of Montefalco, famed for its Sagrantino; Torgiano with its Museum of Wine; and Orvieto famed for its wine of the same name, (one day).

An itinerary of Rome ( an hour by car or an hour and half by train); an itinerary of Florence  ( two hours by car).In this way, we intend to give all tourist a warm welcome to Umbria.
